How is this different than any other fitness studio?
Fit Factory Fitness is unlike any other fitness facility in the city for many reasons, We provide an authentic military-style, dynamic, functional fitness program that will help you reach your goals FAST. No two classes will ever be the same and with over 200 classes offered each month, including Boot camp, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning and other specialty classes, you will NEVER plateau or get bored!

What results can I expect to achieve?
You get out what you put in! But typically you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming stronger, sculpted, and leaner throughout the 12 month program. On average you can expect to drop 2-6 lbs, 1-2 dress sizes, and 1-3% body fat every single month if you come at least 3x per week, while simultaneously maintaining proper nutrition. Our program is strategically designed to firm your butt and thighs, tighten your core, decrease body fat, build muscle tone throughout your whole body and increase your confidence!

It looks intense, will I be able to keep up?
You can and will do anything you put your mind to. This program is designed for all fitness levels and backgrounds. We have male and female clientele with a very wide range of physical abilities and strengths. If an injury is the case, we will be more than willing to modify the exercises accordingly. If you are new to FFF, we highly recommend starting with our New Recruit class. Please read our Class Standards.

Can I attend different classes?
Yes, we know how busy your daily life can become so that is why we have built a flexible schedule, with consistent classes class times throughout the day. Click HERE for our full weekly schedule.

How often should I come to attain optimal results?
We recommend coming at least 3-4 times per week for optimal results. Click HERE to check out our makeovers!

What if I have an injury?
If it is a serious injury, we strongly suggest that you wait until you are fully recovered before you start to avoid further injury. If it is minor injury and you feel you can participate, be sure to notify the instructor prior to classes so we can modify the exercises to your needs. We may at times request a doctor's note to ensure you are cleared to participate.

Do we need boxing gloves for the boxing classes?
Yes, you will need  pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps. You can either bring your own or purchase them at the front desk for a discounted price. Glove rentals are also available.

Are there showers at the facility?
Yes, there are private showers located in both the men's and women's change rooms.

Are there lockers available?
Yes, lockers are available for class use only. Please bring your own lock or they are available for purchase at the front desk. Please inquire with the front desk about locker rentals.

Do you offer nutrition services?
Yes! We have an in-house nutritionist who can help you with all your nutrition goals.

Do you offer any type of stretch therapy?
Yes, our in-house Fascial Stretch Therapist, provides assisted stretching techniques, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief.

Can I use the weights area at King St. West in between classes?
Yes, members can use the weights area between classes when an Instructor is on site, as long as it does not interfere with set up.

Is parking available at King St. West?
There is plenty of parking available on the street and public lots in the area. The closest parking lot is the underground garage located across the street at Mountain Equipment Co-op on the west side of the store (entrance on Charlotte St., opens at 7am).

Anything else I need to bring?
Please bring a pair of clean indoor running shoes, proper workout attire, a towel and the right attitude and enjoy the most rewarding workout of your life!

Do I have to sign up for classes ahead of time?
Yes, you must reserve all classes at least 30 minutes before start time, online or through the mobile app available for FREE download in the App Store & Google Play.

What is the Class Scheduling & Cancellation Policy?
Reservations are mandatory for ALL classes, which are available for booking 7 days in advance. You must sign up for classes at least 30 minutes before start time. You must either show up for the class or cancel no later than 12 hours before the class start time. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before class starts, your account will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up for the class, your account will be charged a $20 absent fee.

Our membership program offers you unlimited access to all Fit Factory locations, so you can come whenever and how often you would like.

MYZONE is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity to help you track and effortlessly reach your goals.
