Meeting the Client: Before beginning the private training experience, our trainer will meet with you to discuss goals, interests, and any health or mobility issues that need to be taken into consideration. Your trainer will also explain what to expect over the course of the fitness program. At this time you will be able to ask any questions you may have.

2. Creating a Training Plan: Based on the initial meeting, your trainer will create a personalized training plan for you. This plan will include specific exercises, reps, sets that are based on your individual needs and goals. Weights and resistance will be determined during the training session.

3. Executing the Training Plan: Once the fitness program has been created, you and your trainer will begin executing the plan.Your trainer will provide verbal and physical cues to ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly and safely.

4. Adjusting the Training Plan: As you progress, your trainer will adjust the training plan accordingly. This can include increasing or decreasing the intensity, reps, sets, or weight amounts.

You will need athletic wear attire, indoor running shoes, and a water bottle. If you have asthma or any medical conditions, please bring any personal items you may require when engaging in physical activity. Example: Asthma Inhaler.

Yes, we will assess your current condition to determine what your goals are and then create a tailored program to reach them. Our training methods are based on proven scientific principles and will be individualized to you and your current fitness level. We will use a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and nutrition guidance to help you achieve your desired results. We will also provide regular assessments to track your progress and adjust your program as needed.

As many as you like. However, we recommend 3-5 training sessions for optimal results. Your frequency will ultimately be dictated by your fitness goals and expected timeline to achieve those goals. Book a consultation for more information. 

We do take requests but it ultimately boils down to the trainer's availability. If you are not able to get your preferred trainer, do not worry, we will match you up with the most suitable trainer. We also allow you to change trainers at any time if you no longer feel comfortable with the trainer you are working with. We want to ensure that you are getting the best possible personal training experience.

Please let us know ahead of time if you are not able to make it to your session. We stand strong by our 24 hour cancellation policy. We hold your time and our team members time in high regard.

Yes, our personal trainers are certified through either one or more of these health and fitness governing bodies. ISSA, Can Fit Pro, NSCA, and NASM. They also have additional certifications such as CPR/AED, First Aid, and other specialty certifications. Our trainers have expertise in athletic training, kettlebell training, mobility, and boxing.
