Jenny has been coaching for over six years and has helped many clients successfully reach their fitness goals whether it is weight loss, building more muscles, rehab from an injury, pre or postpartum or getting ready for their wedding day. Her training style is constantly evolving as she is passionate about personal growth and development to help better serve her clients.

Heather grew up attending dance classes and snowboarding and developed a passion for movement at a young age. This led her to become certified as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition coach. Heather understands the importance of aligning your nutrition with your goals to maximise performance. Expect to sweat and be pushed to be our best in her class.

Linda Kang classes-image

For over 15 years, Linda has studied wellness practices, including yoga (ashtanga+hatha), fascial release, craniosacral therapy, joint mobility and energy healing. In a Mobility class, her aim is to complement your physical bootcamp training by offering recovery and rest to allow your body to repair and reset through simple rocking motions, joint circles, breathing exercises and some functional+fascial stretching. She truly believes there is no healing and no advancement when the body is stressed. Her focus is multi-layered through simple movements with the spine, joints and hips to reset the nervous system, your neurological pathways and subtle energy systems.
