Show Up
Just show up, we’ve got the rest.
Bring a water bottle, indoor running shoes, and a positive attitude.
Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. Get a low down of the studio, meet your Instructor and fellow swole-mates. Let your Instructor know about any limitations or injuries.
Give it your all and have fun.
Recover - cool down, stretch, or recover with Hyperice tools.
