Jenny Lam is a Certified Personal Training Specialist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Her mission is to inspire people to become the Best Versions of them selves by accomplishing their Health and Fitness goals. Jenny’s journey in the fitness world began in 2008 when she discovered her love with Yoga. She began to explore different methods of training and developed a passion for bettering herself and others around her. Since then it has led her to obtain her CanFitPro Certification, as well as pursue her studies in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Jenny went on to join Fit Factory in 2013 and was immediately drawn to the challenges it brought and the mental state she attained. Right then and there she knew that she would one day become a trainer at Fit Factory. Jenny believes in leading by example by training consistently and healing her body through optimal nutrition. Her goal is to empower everyone at Fit Factory to reach their true potential.

Get ready for an intense 45 minute core workout. We easily forget how dependent we are on our core muscles not only for training but everyday activities as well. Expect to work those abdominals, obliques and back in this class. You will learn how to activate and strengthen your core muscles to their full potential while burning a substantial amount of calories. A variety of training techniques will be used and each class will be different. This will ensure you are constantly challenged, reduce your chance of plateauing, and maximize your results! These classes will bring you closer to achieving those sexy abs you have always wanted and make your entire body stronger.
