Are you ready to burn fat, get toned and lean out? This class is for you! Toronto outdoor workout is one hour and guaranteed to make you sweat.
We will be doing drills, weights, plyometrics, and many exercises utilizing your body weight.
This head-to-toe functional training program is designed to be both fun and challenging for all fitness levels! Please bring your running shoes to every class because we will go outside if the weather permits.
