They have great bootcamp classes and amazing customer support. I tried signing up for a boxing studio before coming to Fit Factory and it was a mess. The folks here are professionals and will figure out a package that works for you. I have been going for a month and a half now and I have already noticed a difference in my body and my overall stamina. Highly recommended!

Fit Factory is a one-of-a-kind training experience, and in my opinion, it is home to the most challenging Boot Camp in Toronto. The trainers, trainees, staff and the overall facility aesthetics all contribute to an energy that is unparalleled. The classes are intense but I always leave with a smile on my face. The trainers will help push you to limits you never imagined. Regardless of your fitness level, Fit Factory is an inclusive environment where everyone encourages each other to reach the next level. These classes are IIIIIIINTENSE, which is what I love about them! The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating and they don’t let you slack off. Classes are offered from 6:15am until 8:15pm so you have no excuse not to workout. Every class is challenging and rewarding. Check them out, they have a great trial membership for 30 days.

FIt Factory is a unique, intense workout and inspiring place. From the moment you walk inside you are greeted by friendly amazing staff who all know your name. Trainers never give the same class workout (crazy, sweaty and challenging). They will scream and yell at you inside the studio to push you to your limits and encourage you to get the best results. Every class you will sweat to your max and leave feeling motivated. The next day you will be exhausted and sore but pumped to go back. It’s like a slow healthy addiction that keeps growing on you. I joined the 30 day trial to start and I'm on month 2 making a one year commitment to my fitness goals. I was nervous at first because I haven't worked out in literally 4/5 years, am completely out of shape and was afraid to feel out of place. Everyone from the front desk staff to the instructors have been a complete motivation and support system. You are there to work your ass off *literally* and to be pushed to your full capabilities. I leave feeling stronger and more confident every day and even on those days where I feel like I could have done better - we are our worst critics - I'm comforted with the support of the instructors who take the time to talk to you, help your form, and inform you of stretches and activities you can do to improve your progress. As someone who generally hates going to the gym and running the occasional 5K, Fit Factory Fitness has been a game changer for me. I joined Fit Factory back in 2012 and since then I've been going to the gym at least 2-3 times a week (minus vacations) and needless to say, I'm hooked! They have the best boot camp classes and every day is different so you will be challenged! I started to notice improvement in my general health almost instantly. I play basketball once a week and my game has DEFINITELY improved because of my conditioning. I'm in the greatest shape I've ever been in and it's because of the great team at Fit Factory. The staff is friendly, helpful, and SUPER supportive. Thanks for everything Fit Factory. I encourage everyone to at least try their 30 day program to get started.
