All equipment, floors, surfaces, and areas of the studio in its entirety will be deeply cleaned using a Health Canada approved disinfectant to combat COVID-19.

After every class, all equipment, surfaces, floors, and the studio in its entirety will disinfected by our staff who will be wearing both masks and protective gloves. 

Staff will a perform a contact less temperature check on every Member that enters the studio. For any Member that reads above 37°C will not be allowed to enter. This also applies to all of our staff.

Plexiglass barrier has been installed at the front desk to protect Members and staff. 

Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the studio in all crucial areas. Including but not limited to both spray and pump bottles for hands and/or equipment. 

Our studio will be following capacity reccomendations from the Government of Ontario. 

Yes, showers will be available. 

Yes, lockers will be available and cubbies in the main lounge area will be available, but we highly encourage Members to come ready to workout.

Class capacity will be reduced to ensure all Members and trainers are at least 6 ft apart in respect of social distancing. This will vary depending on the class and the area of the studio being utilized. 

The flow of traffic will be managed through designated entry and exit points.

All staff will be wearing masks including trainers at all times.

Members are asked to wear a mask as much as possible inside the studio and maintain a 2-meter distance from others. We do not expect Members to wear their masks while actively engaging in exercise, including Personal Training Sessions and Group Classes. We ask that Members wear a mask when going in and out of the studio, to and from the change room, while in the changeroom/washroom area, while taking a tour and waiting for a class. Essentially, any time you are not training, a mask must be worn. We also recommend that Members carry their mask with them at all times. A sanitized basket will be provided for you to place your mask in at the start of your class.

If you have prepaid for your membership, the expiration date of your sessions will be extended when we reopen, so you can get back on track with your fitness goals.

We have upgraded to hospital grade MERV-13 filters. Our high efficient HVAC system intakes fresh air from the outdoors at a rate that exceeds most retail shops and restaurants by 4X-6X. To make things clear, our system will turn the air to the outside 25X in an hour.

Yes rest assured that both Online and Outdoor classes (weather-pending) will remain on the schedule.
