I joined FitFactory a couple months ago to build strength after an injury. What initially attracted me to the gym was its group fitness classes focused on strength (they have other types of classes too that are great). I’ve been to a few other group fitness gyms but find the pace at FitFactory allows for heavier lifting and focus on form.

After my first class, I could barely walk down the stairs; fast forward about six months and I’m the strongest that I’ve ever been and I get excited knowing there’s so much more progress to be made.

While I was initially attracted to the format of the classes, what has kept me around is so much more than that - from the incredibly skilled and passionate trainers, to the accommodating front desk and management, to the supportive community, it really has been the most challenging and enjoyable fitness experience.

Big thank you to the FitFactory team for the last six transformative months!

The quality of trainers is honestly the biggest difference between personal training & class-based gyms and it so happens that Mikey and Geoff at Fit Factory are THE BEST! Both care a lot for their clients and also know how to keep every session interesting. Training with them has helped me get healthier and stronger in the past year. Hands down the best gym in Toronto. The workouts are fun and varied and there's a great community at the gym. Mikey is the ultimate bootcamp trainer, he gets that extra 10% out of you when you feel like you've got nothing left. You won't find a better workout in the city.

I love going to FitFactory downtown for the variety of classes offered, the energy from all the trainers, their knowledge and ability to push to your A level and always improving from a straight beginner to a confirmed person. I won't name one in particular as they all doing a fabulous job. You can be sure to sweat and push yourself!
