Kurt’s versatile training techniques will challenge your body in every direction, as he consistently motivates with his positive attitude, contagious energy, and wholehearted belief in each person’s success.

Jenny has been coaching for over six years and has helped many clients successfully reach their fitness goals whether it is weight loss, building more muscles, rehab from an injury, pre or postpartum or getting ready for their wedding day. Her training style is constantly evolving as she is passionate about personal growth and development to help better serve her clients.

Competing in competitive Hockey and Soccer played a huge role in Michael's training style involving high levels of charisma, teamwork, and being better through consistent hard work. Michael understands the importance of being tough, but his clients are always his number one priority, and ensures their goals are met through real results.
