Strength (Full Body)


This class is taught by:
Ready! Set! Pump....but slowly! This class provides you with the tools you need build strength and increase muscle definition. We will be focusing on a few, if not all major muscle groups in this class. Expect a medley of core, lower and upper body resistance exercises. We will use a variety of equipment and movements to keep your muscles challenged. Proper form and technique will be taught ensuring you achieve maximum results.
