Sarah Mariano is a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist who has worked with clients that include CFL players, UFC fighters & mothers of all ages. Sarah has always been active her entire life but like most competitive people, she suffered several injuries. After learning from her mistakes, and fixing all of her injuries, she became committed to helping her clients tap into the best versions of themselves by helping them to find ease of movement, prevention of injury, reduction of pain, prehab, rehab and strength. She treats athletes from the Canadian Olympic Track Team, Canadian Skate Team to competitive Crossfit and volleyball athletes to help them improve their game. She is certified in Olympic Weightlifting, is a TRX Specialist, a Kettlebell Specialist, private Yoga instructor, and a former boot camp instructor.

ONE HOUR STRETCH: $149 Standard rate. $120 for Fit Factory clients
Let’s take a look at your body, monitor your movement patterns, and assess what needs stretching and alignment! Not only will your body be stretched, we will note the areas that need to be targeted in order to correct any imbalances in your structure and movement. It is necessary to do so in order to reduce your risk of injury, increase flexibility and a great way to recover after a tough workout.

  • Follow up email with a light action plan that includes some stretches you can start doing to target YOUR specific areas
