Peace of Mind Canada
came to us to create a fitness event, so Sgt. Tony A. created an obstacle course for them. Everyone who participated took on the challenge with spirit and a sense of humour. All the impressive warriors helped to raise over $30,000 for the Peace of Mind program!

Covenant House was looking for a fitness event and came to Fit Factory Fitness for help. We helped create the inaugural Guts + Glory Event.

Twenty corporate teams of six competed in the ultimate boot camp and raised close to $400,000 for Covenant House Toronto at the Guts & Glory Corporate Challenge! Sgt. Tony A. ran the teams through ten events that included team obstacle challenges of speed, agility, strength and power.

Congrats to all the teams who competed!

Multiple Sclerosis Society Of Canada

In their efforts to engage supporters who weren't participating in annual fundraising events like MS Walk and MS Bike, the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada asked Sgt. Tony A. to design a new obstacle course for the MuckMS run in Hamilton. This course is entirely designed by Sgt. Tony A. to be both fun and challenging, and features creative obstacles that most of you have never seen in any of the current obstacle/mud races. The event took place on the Hamilton escarpment and was one of the biggest first-time events the MS Society has ever seen, raising over $100,000!

Muck You. Muck Your Friends. Muck Everyone. It’s for charity.

Rethink Breast Cancer

Rethink Breast Cancer is the first-ever Canadian breast cancer charity to bring bold, relevant awareness to the under-40 crowd. As such, they needed an event that would raise awareness and foster a new generation of young and influential breast cancer supporters. So The O Course went PINK in support of this cause. The Pink O Course provides an opportunity for all fitness levels to test their mental & physical strength and stamina against fellow participants, all while supporting a worthy cause. After it's 3rd straight year, Pink O Course has raised over $80,000 for Rethink!
